Recommended Ingredients

CAKE MIX:

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Whole Oats
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, Light
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
​1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
2 Large Eggs
15 oz. Can Pumpkin
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

CAKE CRUMBLE:

1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cups Whole Oats
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, Light
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

PUMPKIN GLAZE:

6 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, Light
1/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar
​1/4 Cup Half and Half
1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon ​​
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
